KV8 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and KV8 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the KV8 website at kv8.ng, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet or promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

KV8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers cricket and sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fish games and a game lobby to eligible players. All activity on the platform is subject to these Terms, along with any additional rules that apply to specific products, promotions or game types, which will be communicated clearly within those sections.

These Terms are written in English and this version is the binding version. KV8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via account notification or email where possible.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use an account on KV8, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. KV8 does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any form of gaming or betting on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, and any contact or payment details requested.
• You must be the person whose details you submit. Registering under someone else's name or using false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may only hold one active account on KV8. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If discovered, KV8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any funds held in those accounts pending investigation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of a KV8 employee or contractor.

KV8 may request identity verification documents at any point before or after account registration. This is standard practice and is done to protect the security of your account and the integrity of the platform. You agree to provide such documents promptly when requested. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on KV8 are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of a deposit, bet, win, or withdrawal. Your account balance, all bonus amounts and all payouts are denominated in PKR.

KV8 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. All methods are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly and credited to your KV8 balance promptly. Bank transfer timelines depend on your bank's processing schedule, but KV8 will credit your account as soon as the funds are confirmed on the platform's end.

Withdrawals are processed to your verified JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. KV8 will not send funds to any third-party account — withdrawals go only to the payment method registered in your verified account profile.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the relevant pages in your account.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period which is communicated within the withdrawal section.
• KV8 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

KV8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback, live casino cashback and other time-limited offers. Each bonus is subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page at the time it is claimed, in addition to these general bonus terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement which must be fully met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be turned over in qualifying games or bets.
• Not all games and bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slot games, fish games and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. These percentages are stated within each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by a specific promotion.
• KV8 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, or any attempt to exploit bonus conditions.
• Bonus amounts cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering process.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

Sports betting on KV8 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international fixtures, ICC events, football and esports, among other available markets. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed — the final odds shown on the bet confirmation screen are the odds that apply to your wager.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations or amendments are not available after confirmation unless a specific in-play or cash-out option is made available by KV8 for that market.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as stated in KV8's betting rules section.
• KV8 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of irregular activity, match manipulation or pricing errors.
• Maximum win limits may apply per bet, per event or per day. These limits are displayed in the betting section.

For live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and game show formats, the rules of each individual game apply as stated in the game interface. KV8's role is as the platform operator and the game provider's rules govern the outcome of each round.

Slot games, fish games and other RNG-based games are operated by certified providers whose random number generation is independently verified. KV8 does not manipulate game outcomes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game.

6. Responsible Gaming

KV8 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and is not a way to generate income, solve financial difficulties or substitute for professional financial planning. All users are encouraged to set a clear PKR budget before engaging with any section of the platform and to stay within that budget regardless of outcomes.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum PKR amount you are willing to deposit per day, week or month.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and access is restricted for the duration specified.
• Cooling-off periods — take a short break from the platform without a full self-exclusion.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

KV8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Evidence of duplicate account creation or multi-accounting.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Attempts to exploit bonuses, promotions or technical errors in bad faith.
• Chargebacks initiated against KV8 for deposits made to the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Any action that KV8 reasonably believes compromises the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, KV8 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the available balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting KV8 support. If you have an active bonus at the time of closure, the bonus amount will be removed. Any real-money balance remaining after satisfying any outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to your verified payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the KV8 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of KV8 or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the platform grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any of this content without the prior written consent of KV8.

You may access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as intended. Any automated access, scraping, data harvesting or use of bots on the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

KV8 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, KV8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

• Interruptions to platform access due to technical maintenance or unexpected downtime.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside KV8's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform.
• Gaming or betting losses incurred through normal platform use.

Nothing in these Terms limits KV8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome or account decision, contact the KV8 support team in the first instance. KV8 will review all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Changes to These Terms

KV8 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when published on this page. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, KV8 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via account notification or email before the change takes effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the KV8 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any eligible real-money balance.
